Triple Elimination: Syphilis,Hepatitis B and HIV

HIV/AIDs and TB

  • Promote early antenatal care and conduct screening for HIV and TB.

  • Provide antiretroviral therapy (ART) to HIV-positive pregnant women.

  • Implement Triple Elimination Programms

  • Offer breastfeeding guidance and support.

  • Conduct early infant diagnosis and start ART promptly.

    Syphilis

  • Conduct universal syphilis testing for pregnant women.

  • Administer treatment to women who test positive for syphilis.

  • Notify and treat partners.

  • Perform repeat testing in the third trimester.

Hepatitis B

  • Conduct universal hepatitis B testing for pregnant women.

  • Administer hepatitis B vaccination to newborns.

  • Provide a birth dose vaccination within 24 hours.

  • Ensure completion of the vaccine series.
